Why your brand needs one system, not five vendors

Most small businesses do not have a brand problem. They have a coordination problem: the website was built by one person, the ads are run by another, the Instagram feed belongs to a cousin, and none of them have ever talked to each other. The result is not five bad pieces of work. It is five decent pieces of work that contradict each other.

When identity, website, content and campaigns are designed as one system, every piece makes the others cheaper: the ads reuse the site’s language, the social feed reuses the site’s photography, and the email sequence reuses both. That is what “one connected system” means in practice, and it is why we do not sell services one at a time.
